Dreame L10 Prime Review: Mop-Washing Dock, Weak Suction
Our verdict
The Dreame L10 Prime is a LiDAR robot vacuum whose dock washes and dries its mops, but its 4,000 Pa suction and small manual dustbin hold back vacuuming on dusty Indian floors.
Buy it if
- Mostly mopped floors, such as marble and vitrified tile
- Flats that want a map, no-go zones and automatic mop washing
- Homes with prayer mats and light rugs where the mop lifts
Skip it if
- You want a dock that also empties the dustbin
- You have pets that shed heavily or a dusty balcony to clean
- You live where mop pads and brushes are hard to buy
What we like
- Dock washes the mop pads and dries them with air after each run
- Mop lifts about 7 mm on carpets and skipped our prayer mat
- Bristleless brush tangled far less than a plain brush
- 5,200 mAh battery covered 1,300 sq ft with charge to spare
What we don’t
- 4,000 Pa and a 450 ml dustbin needed emptying after nearly every run
- No self-emptying, so the dock does half the job
- Owner reviews mention scarce mop pads and slow technician visits

The Dreame L10 Prime suits households whose main chore is mopping marble or vitrified tile, since the dock washes and dries the pads for you. The trade-off is vacuuming: 4,000 Pa and a 450 ml dustbin mean daily dust leaves it needing attention, while pricier robots empty themselves.
Is the mop-washing dock actually useful?
Yes, and it is the reason to buy this robot. After each run the dock rinses the spinning pads and dries them with air, so they do not stay damp and sour. You refill a 2.5L clean tank and empty a 2.5L dirty tank, roughly once a week for a 3BHK. The base also needs a weekly wipe, as owners report.
How well does it vacuum Indian dust and hair?
Adequate on hard floors, ordinary on rugs. On vitrified tile it picked up about 92% of fine flour and 88% of dry rice in one pass; on a low-pile rug, around 72% of flour. The bristleless brush resisted long-hair wrap far better than a normal brush, which matters in homes with long-haired women. The small bin was the bigger problem: it filled quickly, so empty it daily in summer.
Does the mopping leave streaks on marble and vitrified tile?
Not much. The pads spin at up to 180 RPM and press better than a passive wipe, and a sticky chai spot cleared in two passes. On dark vitrified tile we saw a few streaks when the water level was high; medium left none. Don’t use it on unsealed Kota stone or wood.
Can it handle rugs, doormats and thresholds?
The mop lifts about 7 mm on carpet, so it left our prayer mat and a thin dhurrie dry. Doormats with thick edges stopped it twice. We logged about two stuck events a week, mostly cables. It climbed a 1.5 cm sill but hesitated at 2 cm.
How long does the battery last, and how loud is it?
It ran about 100 minutes for a vacuum-and-mop of 1,300 sq ft with a third of the charge left, which is good for the price. Noise measured around 62 dB on standard and 69 dB on max. The app needs 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and provided room names, no-go zones and scheduling.
What about service, pads and the Dreame warranty?
This is the weak side. One-year warranty applies, and Dreame lists a daily support helpline. However one Indian owner review reports a technician who did not visit and mop pads that were hard to find. Budget for pads, brushes and filters every year.
Who should buy something else?
If you want self-emptying, pick the Ecovacs Deebot Mini Omni. For a higher-suction wash dock with a bigger bag, look at the Mova E40 Ultra.

Measured on the unit we tested.
How we tested
We ran the L10 Prime for five weeks in a 3BHK of about 1,300 sq ft with vitrified tile, marble and two rugs. We measured pickup of flour, rice and hair, mop streaking on dark tile, runtime, dustbin fill rate, stuck events per week and noise at one metre.
We bought this unit at retail price.
How does the Dreame L10 Prime Robot Vacuum and Mop compare?
-
Ecovacs Deebot Mini Omni B 7.9
The Ecovacs adds self-emptying and has stronger listed suction, but a smaller battery and body. The Dreame has bigger tanks and a longer runtime.
-
Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop P B− 7.0
The Xiaomi costs far less and also maps with a laser, but the Dreame mops with spinning pads, lifts on carpet and cleans them at the dock.
-
Mova E40 Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop A− 8.6
The Mova E40 Ultra has far higher listed suction and a dock that also empties its bin into a 3.2L bag, and picked up about 90% of flour from a low-pile rug against about 72%. The Dreame L10 Prime costs less.

Questions buyers ask
Does the Dreame L10 Prime empty its own dustbin?
No. The Dreame L10 Prime dock washes and dries the mop pads but does not empty the 450 ml dustbin, which we emptied after nearly every run in a dusty 3BHK.
How good is the Dreame L10 Prime on carpets and prayer mats?
The mop lifts about 7 mm on carpet, so it skipped our prayer mat and light rugs. Vacuum pickup on a low-pile rug was around 72% of flour at 4,000 Pa.
How long does the Dreame L10 Prime run?
The 5,200 mAh battery is listed at 150 to 210 minutes. In our 1,300 sq ft flat it finished a full vacuum and mop in about 100 minutes with roughly a third left.
Are Dreame L10 Prime mop pads and spares easy to buy in India?
They are the sore point. One Indian owner review mentions that mop pads and brushes were not easy to get, so confirm availability on your retailer page before buying.
