The best way to reach us is by email: editors@theconsumerreview.com.

We can’t promise a reply to every message, but every correction report is checked.

Report an error

If something in a review or guide is wrong, tell us. Include a link to the page, what you think is wrong and a source if you have one. When we correct a fact, a price, a score or a verdict, we add a dated note to the page. Read our editorial policy for how corrections work.

Send a tip

Did a brand quietly change a product? Has a price dropped, or a model been discontinued? Have you had a good or bad experience with a brand’s service centre? We’d like to hear about it.

Suggest a product

Tell us what you are thinking of buying and what you’d like us to test. Reader suggestions help us decide what to review next, though we can’t review everything.

For brands and PR agencies

You are welcome to send us launch details and press releases at the same address. We decide what to review on editorial grounds alone.

We don’t accept paid reviews, sponsored posts or paid placement in our buying guides. Any request for paid coverage will be declined.

If we review your product, you won’t see the review before it is published. If you lend us a unit, we say so at the top of the review and return it when testing is done.
